Our counseling sessions start at a 55-Minute Session for $270 - $310. We believe in transparent pricing, so there are no surprises or hidden fees when you choose to work with us.We accept card, cash, and most insurance plans, including: Sanford Health Plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, Aetna, Health Partners, Aetna, Cigna and more. Availability varies, but we aim to get new clients scheduled as soon as possible—often within a few days to a couple of weeks. If your schedule is flexible, we can usually find something sooner.
It’s normal to wonder about fit. Our team will help match you with a therapist based on what you’re looking for, and your first session is a chance to get a feel for the relationship. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll help you find someone who is. You can also choose a specific therapist from the team if you'd like.
